Q	Do you guarantee your products or services?
A	Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product unopened, in good condition with the original packaging materials. Please call 212-242-7014 before returning merchandise.

Q	What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
A	That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

Q	What is your policy on privacy issues?
A	Rest assured, we do not sell or rent our mailing list. We use your e-mail address and your phone number only to contact you about your order.

Q	I have caught mice successfully with The Smart Mouse Trap but it's not catching the mouse I now have in my home. What do you suggest?
A	Some mice are very wary about going into the trap so we’ve found that trailing something into the trap - nuts or seeds - works well. Put a small amount outside the trap to lead them in. Another suggestion: try a different food bait. This mouse may not be attracted to peanut butter. If you know what the mouse is eating now (bird seed, cereal, dog food, etc.), use it as bait in the trap.

Q	I am concerned about environmental waste. What can I do with the packing material I receive in my order?
A	Sunrise Lane cares about the environment. Your order is packaged exclusively with biodegradable loose-fill. This material is starch based and non-toxic. It is static-free, reusable and compostable in your own backyard.

Q	How do you ship my order? Do you ship outside the continental USA?
A	We ship via FedEx. Packages to P.O. boxes will be sent via US mail. For orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or places outside of the non-Continental US, please place order by phone.

Q.	When can I expect you to ship out my order?
A.	MOST ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS. We will notify you by e-mail when your order has been received and shipped.

Q	What if my merchandise arrives damaged?
A	We pack your order with care and naturally expect that it reaches you intact. If anything arrives damaged, do not throw away the box or packing material. Call us immediately and we will arrange to have it picked up and replaced at no cost to you.

Q	Are you connected with any environmental and animal rights groups?
A.	Sunrise Lane is a member of GREEN AMERICA and we are listed in their publication, GREEN PAGES. Sunrise Lane is listed in many approved lists put out by animal rights groups among which PETA's SHOPPING GUIDE FOR CARING CONSUMERS.

Are your products child-friendly?

Yes, our products are child-friendly. As the problem of children with allergies is on the rise, we suggest parents start by creating a safe home environment by using non-toxic home cleaners. All our laundry products are gentle enough for baby's delicate skin. Children's toys often need to be washed so doesn't it make sense to protect them by using the mildest cleaners available? Pregnant women can also use our mild, non-toxic hair color system. We also believe children should be taught how to respect animal life. We sell The Smart Mouse Trap and The BugBuster which capture mice and insects but allow us to release them in the outdoors unharmed.
